Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Clients may reschedule one (1) time at no additional charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking fee.
All sales are final.
Appointments and consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the appointment fee will be forfeited.
